点评：Asli Hotel Marmaris
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one week while traveling along the Turkish coast. There were good things and a few things that could be better.
The good things – It is an attractive hotel.
The room was a good size for a double room.
There was ample storage.
The breakfast buffet had many options, and the selection of hot food varied daily.
The pool was well maintained.
Most of the staff was friendly and attentive.
The not-so-good things – There wasn’t a good place to put items like food or computers. There was a narrow ledge, barely wide enough for a laptop. Granted, this is a resort hotel, not a business hotel, but it would be nice to have more space.
There was limited shade around the pool. Umbrellas were available but did not provide adequate shade. A nice balance between sunny and shady areas would be ideal.
Music was played in the pool area. It was loud for our taste.
Our room had a sea view. Unfortunately, it was not much of one since it was between two other buildings. But that is on us. In the future, we will check better.
Really not good – The breakfast experience was unpleasant. First, the chairs made a screeching sound every time somebody moved them. Perhaps some pads on the bottom of the legs would help.
Plates were removed from tables as guests finished with them. They were scraped and stacked right in the dining room. Silverware was tossed into a bin. All of this made a lot of noise, especially combined with the noise from the chairs. Not a relaxing experience at all.
We would not stay here again.
