Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the owner of the hotel, whose arrogance, rudeness, and above all dishonesty were simply unacceptable.
Staying in a double room, I had booked private access to the spa for one hour, which was included in my reservation. To my surprise, at checkout, I discovered that this access had also been charged to my friend, on the direct instruction of the owner forced to pay twice for the same service.
Such dishonest practices are unworthy of a hotel, and do not reflect the warmth and generosity of the Turkish people, whom I deeply respect and have experienced positively many times in Turkey.
Hotel & Spa Renka is a disappointment and does not deserve your trust. Avoid it if you expect a fair, respectful, and honest experience.
