What a shocking fall from grace. This beach club used to be Help Beach, with a fantastic reputation – sadly, those days are over. The new management is completely out of its depth.
We booked sun loungers in advance, arrived on time, and expected at least basic organisation. Instead, we were greeted by one of the most unprofessional and unwelcoming staff members we’ve ever encountered. She had no idea whether any loungers were available, marched us awkwardly through the venue, then told us there were none left. To make matters worse, she tried to push us into paying for a cabana at five times the price of what we’d booked – an insulting and extortionate upsell.
With no option but to leave, our toddler ended up in tears – overheated, upset, and desperate for a swim. Instead of enjoying our day, we were back in a hot car, hugely disappointed.
Hideous service. Hideous management. Hideous experience. Extortionately overpriced and utterly joyless. What was once a wonderful destination is now a place to avoid.
👉 Bottom line: Don’t waste your money – this beach club is a disaster.
