点评：Pre booked a collection from Izmir to Kusadasi on Saturday 10th August. I was informed by text the price would be €50 for 2 people. I was then told it was €60 when I went to pay. This was not the drivers fault he was given instruction to charge €60. After speaking to the Berkay? on phone phone and with proof of the text it was agreed €50 for transport.
My family of 3 had travelled a week earlier and are regular users of Boss taxis and it was agreed the 5 of us would travel back to Izmir together on Sunday 18th. The agreed price was €60 working out at €12 per person. The pick up time was 9am, collecting my family of 3 at the harbour because they including my uncle of 85 years were staying in a hotel beyond bar street and they didn't want to bring the taxi down narrow roads. The plan then was to collect myself and my sister at the Marina.
At 9am the taxi arrived minus 3 and I was told my family were in a different taxi. So it went from a taxi for 5 costing €60, €12 per person to two taxis costing €60 each working out at €30 per person for my transport.
On top of this driver said there was no WiFi available so i couldn't contact my family in the other taxi, offered us no water and took the back roads instead of the motorway. Keep in mind the first pick up offered all of the above!
Everything about Boss taxis was a rip off, unprofessional and untrustworthy and it
took the good out of the end of the holiday.
I certainly wouldn't be using them again!
