Outstanding personal service on a custom designed tour that was fantastic.

点评：I was extremely happy and grateful for the exceptional level of care and service that Tours of You provided. From the very first contact, they were both receptive to what I wanted and responsive. I wanted to see Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Ephesus and they worked with me to coordinate an exceptional tour. I had great guides everywhere I went and was met by a driver everywhere as well. The agent Duygu who worked with me was on call for what seemed like 24/7 from the moment I landed. There were challenges with planes being rescheduled and drivers were occasionally not there when I arrived but Duygu was on it and in constant contact with me. She even offered to negotiate with a taxi driver in Kusadasi for me. Along with seeing the sites, I wanted to do some local things like get my haircut and go clothes shopping and they helped with that too. The guides were all interesting people and I enjoyed spending time with them and learning more about their lives and the culture in Turkey through them. Because I was on my own and I planned to be out every day, I did not want to spend too much on very fancy hotels. Tours of You found good hotels that were reasonably priced allowing me to save money. I did some comparison shopping and the other tour operators were charging significantly more (perhaps due to the accommodation). I was very happy with what I paid and felt it well worth it from start to finish. Thank you for such a wonderful introduction to Turkey. I will be back and I can heartily recommend your service.
