点评：Spent 10 days at this hotel with a perfect view, everything was good until the last day. After returning from breakfast to pack I couldn’t find my Charlotte tilsbury make up, I had used it that morning. After searching the room I went to speak to reception. The cleaner had been in our room that morning as the floor was wet when we got back from breakfast. The receptionist phoned house keeping to ask if she had seen it. She then came to reception and came up to my room to look. On arrival back at the room I showed the housekeeper my make up, which was spread out on the apartment floor, she then went into the bathroom (I should have followed her straight away)and she looked in the pedal bin. She then took out the bin liner and showed me the make up at the bottom of the bin!!!! I had looked in the bin in my search and it wasn’t in there. I wasn’t happy at all. I went back to the reception to say my make up had been found but in the bin under the bin liner and I hadn’t put it there. I wanted to speak to the manager but had to wait until 5 pm. So I did speak to him later and his response was very disappointing, basically said I had no proof and that was where he wanted to end the conversation. I said that the housekeeper had either put it back in there or had hidden it there, knowing I was leaving that day and she would claim it later. I did ask why was the housekeeper in my room cleaning on the day I was leaving to which he couldn’t answer me. I know I didn’t put my makeup in the bin under the bin liner! This incident spoilt my last day and the managers lack of interest has made me write this review to make people aware, to watch their belongings.
