360 degree views of the area and beyond
The Panoramic Tower的点评
点评：This is one of the main attractions in the sprawling Hannibal Park. It was roughly a ten minute walk from our Hotel Marhaba Palace where we stayed from 31st March to 11th April.
Visitors paid for rides at kiosks dotted around the Park, credits were up loaded on to a card which was purchased for 2 Dinars. The ticket price for this attraction was 12 Dinars each (rougly £3).
Monday 7th April we visited the Park with the sole intention of going on this attraction. We thought it would be best to travel on the ride in day light so we could get a view of Port El Kantaoui and into the distance. It was a tad cloudy so views were not spectacular, however we did enjoy the experience.
The capsule travels slowly up the tower rotating slowly 360 degrees as it travels to the top of the tower and descending back down again.
There was no information available as to how high the capsule travelled, it did seem a long way mainly because of the slow rate of travel.
Some visitors chose to stand while others remained seated during the journey. The capsule is surrounded by metal safety bars, they do not hinder the view.
From 6 o'clock, in the evening, the tower and the capsule were illuminated with vivid coloured lights, which we were able to see from our Hotel balcony.
