点评：We were looking forward to the Italian night at our first night at Constance Ephelia. We were so disappointed. The food was clumsy, quite far from Italian and not very tasty.
The hotel manager passed by our table, and I politely told him my opinion. He quickly hurried on… But I will now tell it again…
The starter was basically a cheese serving. There was so much cheese and so little else that is was really much too much.
The soup was tasteless and cold!?
The pasta dish was inedibly heavy and clumsy.
The tiramisu was actually quite good, but by then I had completely lost my appetite.
The waiters were totally hopeless, and certainly had no clue about Italian food!
The only good thing about this restaurant was the Indian sommelier. He was very knowledgeable and polite, and the wine he found for us was excellent! Five TripAdvisor stars to him, and one star to the food and the waiters.
I hope the hotel manager will read this, as I’m not sure he wanted to hear what I was saying…
