Charming Hotel With One Major Flaw

点评：We stayed at Inness in Accord, NY for a short getaway and were genuinely impressed at first—the property is stunning. The design is beautiful, the grounds are peaceful, and the amenities like the pool, spa, and restaurant were all fantastic. The food was great, the spaces felt clean and well-maintained, and we were seriously considering extending our stay another night.
However, the experience took a turn once we got to the room. While the room looked lovely and clean, the bed was a major issue. Every time we moved—even slightly—it made extremely loud creaking and cracking noises. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep, which was really disappointing considering the price point and overall vibe of the hotel. Since it was already late, we waited until morning to say something, but by then we were exhausted from barely sleeping.
I truly wanted to love this place—and in many ways I did—but the bed situation really ruined the experience for us. We ultimately chose not to extend our stay, which was a shame. I hope management takes note, because this place has so much potential to be perfect.
