Poor Hygiene, Terrible Service, and Zero Accountability

点评:We are very disappointed with our recent stay at The Jaffa Hotel. I got engaged in Israel and chose to spend the final three days of our trip at your hotel, expecting a luxurious and memorable experience. Unfortunately, we deeply regret that decision.
From the moment we arrived, the service was far below expectations. The staff was inattentive, and our room was poorly cleaned after each service. We experienced issues from day one until check-out — including a complete lack of responsiveness and professionalism.
One of the most disturbing incidents occurred when I stepped barefoot on a dead bird on the property grounds. We immediately reported it to a staff member, who saw it, did nothing to clean it, and responded by saying, “We are all going to die.” This is not only unacceptable but deeply inappropriate and alarming.
In addition, our room keys never worked — not even once. We had to go down to reception every single time we wanted to access our room and ask for them to be reset. For a hotel of this standard, that level of inconvenience is unacceptable.
What was meant to be a joyful and meaningful close to a special trip became frustrating, uncomfortable, and frankly shocking. We expected far better from a hotel of this caliber
