点评：I am a US citizen living in Surabaya for about 3 years. Igor's is our favorite restaurant.
They serve both regular European/US and Indonesian food. We never leave hungry. Items include pasta, salads, seafood, burgers & fries. Coffee, tea, and other beverages are available. I usually order Duck and Spinach Ravioli, or the Caesar Salad. They also have an all-day English breakfast of eggs any style, beef bacon and sausage with baked beans. It's very good. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and you can't beat the Indonesian smile of these good folks!
If you like desserts and cakes, you gotta be here! Artistic pastries, croissants filled with fruit, and many more. Their selection, all made on the premises, can compete with any European or US patisserie.
Cost for two of us usually totals around $18-$22 USD. It's very reasonable.
Smoking area is available with a nice ambience. Parking is free and easily accessible.
