点评:I was staying in this property during my business trip to Semarang for 1 night.
The check in was fast and efficient, nothing to complaint. Things change when I entered the room. The first thing that caught my attention is that the duvet cover and pillow cases are grey in color! They got a very very serious cleanliness issue, especially during this pandemic. The hotel should be paying much much more attention on cleanliness.
The room itself is also not sound proof and many loud noise from the corridor can be heard clearly from the room. The bathroom is small with very poor water pressure for shower. The room also does not provide any water basic amenities such as water kettle to boil some hot water for coffee / tea.
Breakfast was poor and taste bad. Again, cutleries and plates, all is not clean! Cleanliness is a big big issue in this hotel.
If any of the management team read this review, you guys should have use the time during covid and lockdown to do a deep cleaning of your property. Right now, the property is very bad. Cheap room rate does not mean you can sacrifice cleanliness.
