点评：My wife and I were brought to Oura by our very warm and hospitable Indonesian friends for dinner on a weekday night. From the moment we stepped into this charming restaurant, we were greeted by a warm and inviting ambience, characterised by extremely tasteful decor and nice, chill music for the evening.
The menu at Oura is a delightful exploration of rich and diverse flavours that Indonesian and Western cuisine have to offer. Each dish is meticulously prepared with fresh ingredients I could taste. We were introduced to the Bebek dish that was fried to just the right tenderness and I daresay that it is one of the best (if not the best) duck dish I have tasted. The restaurant also served very good bakes and desserts and we really like the croissants (and even brought some home to Singapore which still tasted very good despite eating them a couple of days later!).
The service at Oura was also exemplary. The staff were attentive and more than happy to bring us through the menu and make recommendations. Their passion for their cuisine was evident, and their service really enhanced our overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Oura is a culinary treasure in Malang that no one should miss. Whether you are a local resident or a visitor exploring the city, this restaurant promises a memorable dining experience. To me, Oura is the top dining destination in Malang and in fact for my entire trip which covered Surabaya as well. My wife and I would really love to visit Oura again!
