点评：We found this rental service through Google search. My 77 yo mother called and texted on his mobile. She was advised it will be Rs 3600 for 12 hours however we didn't want it for that long. The person-owner or employee not sure stated it can only be minimum 8 hours. So we asked if he can charge Rs 3000 instead. We provided him total route plus pick up drop off destination. He agreed and requested Rs 600 deposit. My mother communicated with him via WhatsApp to which he replied with "OkayJi". All fine so far. He asked us to call in the morning to confirm but then never answered. Thankfully the allocated driver still arrived on time to pick us up. At the end of our trip, we attempted to pay balance of agreed Rs 3000 + toll charges and he totally went back on agreement stating price was for 80 kms only but we did more. So my question is why didn't he mention this when he said "Okayji" Then he lied saying he told us then we said we have text messages as proof with agreed price plus destination and stops. Then he said it says on website. Our driver was amazing 👏 he agreed communication should've been better too. My suggestion, when you book, refuse to begin the journey until this person gives you in writing ✍️ total price and any conditions. Mr Pranit or Pandit, you need some lessons in communication and customer service. As promised, I will not be re recommending you to my Australian friends or family.
