Excellent First Stay at Hyatt Regency, Thiruvananthapuram

点评：The Hyatt Regency TVM experience was excellent.
What stood out immediately was the young, energetic team whose enthusiasm and attention to service could be felt throughout the property. The high standards of hospitality were evident in every interaction—well done!
The room and the bathroom were very comfortable. The fluffy towels and nice showers (hand and overhead) added to the comfort.
The quality of food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Chinese dinner at the Oriental Kitchen. The service was prompt and attentive, and every dish was just as we had requested. The vegetable fried rice with egg was a standout, and the asparagus soup—recommended by the staff—was superb. The spinach dumplings, the pepper baby corn mushroom starter, and the fried ice cream dessert rounded off an excellent meal.
The breakfast spread on both mornings were different which was most welcome. Excellent choices in south Indian cuisine. The aloo paratha didn’t live up to the expectations though. The service at the breakfast hall was excellent which made a huge difference.
Overall, a very good first stay experience at Hyatt Regency, TVM. Keep it up.
