This hotel situated near the NH bypass road is so modern and has a very arty ambience.
Checked in on 17th June 2025, Anoop at reception checked me in with ease. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
My cousin sister and I had dinner at O’ Café, which was packed with guests, but the Assistant Restaurant Manager was calm and provided us with a table. Devika the hostess and Jijesh served us well, always with a smile and patience. The food was buffet and enough variety for a dinner service.
Next day for buffet breakfast at O’ Café we were assisted by Steward Arjun and Jitin; Damodar from Nepal made excellent Masala egg omelette. The service staff were all kind and pleasant.
This hotel is very close to the huge Lulu Mall in Trivandrum. So, we happily went there for shopping.
In the evening, we went to the Hotel’s Roof top restaurant (known as Take Off) serving progressive Mediterranean Cuisine. The Restaurant Manager Charles introduced us to Chef Vipin who suggested what we should order depending on our taste for the Premium menu. Everything we ordered was very tasty and thank you all who assisted Chef Vipin, stewards Sebin, Gopika, and mixologist Niranjan.
Check out was easy and fast by Shaneel at reception. Special mention for the housekeeping staff on the 7th Floor and the Lobby bell desk staff.
We stayed for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience.
