点评：I had dinner here along with my 03 colleagues on 21st April, ‘23. Whenever I visit Mangaluru, I prefer to have dinner at Ocean Pearl Gourmet Restaurant. Here live orchestra is an attraction besides good food and humble service are provided. But this time I got disappointed with the way restaurant staff provided service. Live orchestra was just for name shake. The singer after presenting 02 songs disappeared for about an hour and we could see him again at the close of the performance hour only. By that time most of guests including us had almost finished our food. Secondly, this time service was poor. They missed to provide cutlery and tissue papers. Despite repeated requests we could get it but after waiting for longer time. One senior staff, may be F&B Manager used to move around as if he was taking care of all guests about their convenience and pleasure but his movement was mere for name shake. Management of Ocean Pearl should take note of it…regards
