点评：Ordered a starter of prawns wrapped in bacon which came along with the main course, the bacon was so salty we couldn’t eat it. I ordered fish and chips and the fish was dreadful, thin and grey. The mushy peas we’re in a tiny pot and were purée, the chicken pie was exceptionally dry, and the steak was tough although the spaghetti Bolognese was a big hit. I ordered a sangria, rather stupid of me as it was awful. A really disappointing visit given the amount of good reviews. I can only assume with it being the end of the season they have given up. When we went into the restaurant, it was nice and peaceful having decided not to eat in another another restaurant over the road due to the banging music, after being in the restaurant a couple of minutes they put on equally loud music to try and drown out that from over the road. We did ask them to turn it down which they did a little bit, it made conversation very difficult.
