A Comfortable Stay in Alamogordo with Thoughtful Perks!

点评：I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Alamogordo. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone for my visit. The lobby and eating area were spotless, which I really appreciated. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight—it was not only good, but they offered bacon and turkey sausage, a refreshing change from what most hotels provide. A surprising benefit was the option to borrow sleds for visiting White Sands National Monument, a thoughtful touch for travelers.
There were a few minor drawbacks: the mattress was a little too soft for my liking, and one of the TVs had issues due to needing new batteries in the remote (which was resolved). I also wish they had fresh fruit at breakfast; it seemed there was a space for it, but perhaps due to the Thanksgiving holiday, there were delivery issues. Additionally, the hotel is next to train tracks and a busy road. Thankfully, we turned on the AC unit at night, and it did a great job of drowning out the noise.
Overall, it was a great stay with friendly service, thoughtful amenities, and clean, comfortable accommodations. I’d definitely stay here again!
