点评:We have choosen after a lot of research Cooking experience during our short trip in Hyderabad. She accepted our last minute requests for multiple learning of dishes and adjusted her schedule. We learnt few dishes
1) Butter Chicken— oh my my what a gravy haven’t tasted this gravy and tender chicken across our stay in India for a long time. Heavenly is the word for that taste. -Go for it without thinking
2) Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani-I had eaten Biryani of Paradise, Bawarchi while in Hyderabad before learning this but when I ate Home made prepared by Priyanka it was just great very tasteful, Beautiful smell and she is redefining the hidden treasures of Indian Masala’s in next level- very underrated cooking class experience but worth every penny.
3) some Cupcakes- Perfect is the word.
4) Bhunna Mutton Ghost- This is her speciality what taste Mutton was so Juicy and Garam masala used in best of best.
I got to know from her she has travelled different parts of India to gather spices and make a perfect blend of masala. We purchased 250 gms of Garam masala after the class.
