点评：Very Very bad experience . Do not use this service . The drivers are not trustworthy, dishonest and arrogant and unprofessional. I left a personal belonging behind in the taxi n the driver found it but refused to return it . Very bad representation of the Thai culture - unfriendly and not customer friendly. The company also could do anything if you complain about the driver . They tell you to contact the local authorities if you have a complain against a driver for a lost item . They made me spend the whole day going back and forth with them in the hope that they were getting the issue resolved only to be told after 19 hours that they cannot guarantee return which means they cannot help me in any way if the driver is not willing to help me, this was after the driving informing the company that he is in possession of the lost item. Clearly the company does not know how to handle these issues . There is no verification of drivers or control on them . Better to be safe than sorry … avoid this service providers completely . God forbid if a bigger issue happens that will use the sane approach .. ue international traveler is to complain to local authorities, the company will not help you! Period !
