点评：We were a big group of friends from different nationalities some of them were visiting Egypt for the first time. The place has an amazing landscape and offers good food. HOWEVER, the prices of ten food and drinks are very high, the manager is very rude and acts in an arrogant unprofessional way giving instructions to the guests all the time as if we are in a school. 2 friends of mine forgot their glass at the stairs next to the pool and she insisted to fine them 1000 EGP!!!! . Even they apologized to her. She insisted to fine them in a very rude arrogant unprofessional way. She treats the clients as if they are in a church or a university students. I will never repeat going to this place again. It was a very bad experience and left a very bad impression on my friends who were excited for Sinai. The owner for this place should reconsider the management quality criteria selection.
