点评：Wow—Celele absolutely deserves its reputation as one of the best restaurants in the world. We enjoyed the 8-course tasting menu with the drink/wine pairing and it was UNBELIEVABLE from start to finish. Every course was unique, creative, and beautifully presented. My personal favorite was the salad with edible flowers and cashew butter—such an unexpected and delicious combination. The fish dishes, especially the ceviche-style preparations, were outstanding, and the courses featuring crab and chicken were equally impressive. The mix of flavors throughout the night was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
Our server, Maria, was wonderful—knowledgeable, attentive, and made the evening feel extra special. To close, we were treated to two amazing desserts and an espresso martini, which was the perfect ending to a truly world-class meal.
It’s easy to see why Celele is ranked #48 in the world and #6 in Latin America. And the price? Incredibly reasonable given the quality, creativity, and service—it felt like a bargain for such a top-tier dining experience. Also worth noting: there’s no formal dress code, so you can come as you are and still enjoy a five-star experience without any pretension.
