点评：Terrible Experience – Stay Away from Fenix Beach Club
I visited Fenix Beach Club in Cartagena hoping for a relaxing beach day, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment.
First, the beach is rocky and uncomfortable, making it hard to enjoy the water, which by the way was not blue or clear!
Then, locals pretending to be Fenix Beach Club staff approached us offering drinks and services, only to demand excessive payments afterward. It felt like a scam, and the real staff did nothing to stop it. The vendors that identified themselves as locals and not part of Fenix Beach Club were very demanding for a purchase to be made! This is very annoying when all you are trying to do is relax on your vacation!! They are relentless and don't stop!
Speaking of the staff—unprofessional and uncourteous. When we tried to raise our concerns, they laughed at us and dismissed our complaints. It was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful and treated us like we were the problem!
To make matters worse, the bar didn’t have any change to provide when we paid. How do you run a business and have no change to provide your customers????!!!!!
And as if that weren’t enough, the staff offered fried plantains as a “reward” for the bad experience—as if that would make up for everything.
Save your money and go anywhere else! This place is TERRIBLE.
