点评：We did a self-guided W Trek in Torres del Paine National Park in Chile this past March—a long-time bucket list adventure finally came true. Trekking in Torres del Paine had been a dream for many years, and the experience lived up to every expectation. A huge part of that was thanks to the incredible support we received from Isabela at PatagoniaHero.
From the very beginning, Isabela was responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about every detail of the trek. She helped us sort through accommodation options, park logistics, gear recommendations and shared helpful tips that truly made a difference. No matter how small our questions were, she always responded with kindness, clarity, and genuine care.
Midway through the trek, we faced a bit of an emergency—I had to cut my trek short by a day and return to Puerto Natales unexpectedly. I contacted Isabela from the Paine Grande campsite, and within minutes, she had arranged ferry tickets and bus transportation for us to get back to town immediately, while one of our group members continued on for the final day. Her quick action and calm support made a stressful moment so much easier.
Thanks to her, we felt fully prepared and were able to truly enjoy the stunning beauty of Patagonia without worry. The itinerary she helped us build matched our pace and comfort level perfectly, and her attention to detail made everything feel seamless.
