First, these are fairly new owners, so if you came to this restaurant a couple of years ago, please try it again. This is the best Mexican I have had in New Hampshire, and I try a lot of restaurants. I honestly cannot understand why everyone packs a certain other place in Plymouth when this restaurant is just 10 minutes away. Literally one minute from the highway in Ashland; 5 minutes from Holderness and Plymouth.
Their food is so fresh and delicious. I'm a vegetarian and the Vegetable Quesadillas on the appetizer menu are a meal and the best veggie quesadillas I've had in years. My partner is an omnivore and he tries a new dish every time we go. Tonight, he tried the Mole Poblano and said it was excellent - he finished every crumb even though he was full.
The drinks are also fabulous, not like the margaritas you get at other places that are like fast-food cocktails. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is cheerful and cozy.
Please, patronize this wonderful little restaurant. I want them to stick around for a long time. I promise you won't be disappointed.
