点评:We had the worst experience at this location all of this happened on the 12th of February. It wasn't busy
Our family gave our order to the waitress after she served us glasses of water. The order included a meat lovers pizza and a half Reuben sandwich with chips. The order was taken and took so long that we had to get the order to go. We had to physically go the waitress/manager to find where the order was as far as when was it going to be served. The waitress was very rude and not willing to cooperate or apologize for the inconvenience.
The following events occurred
—the waitress tossed the straws on the table after we requested them. She gave us three straws and not four. We requested another straw and she claimed that had to go to the kitchen to get more, but she had extra straws in her apron. She threw down additional straws on the table after being told that she had extra straws in her apron. No tops were available for the children cups as she stated you just ran out of tops for those cups! Also, my mother-in-law asked for lids and she didn't know I had just asked and was told "I already said that we dont have tops for the kids drinks" in a very rude manner and rolled her eyes
—the half Ruben sandwich was NOT a Reuben . It was cold and had greasy chips in with the sandwich. The sandwich consisted of turkey meat, melted Swiss cheese, on grilled greasy white Texan-like toast. A Reuben consists of toasted rye bread, Russian or Thousand Dressing, Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut. There was NO indication on the menu that this would be anything but a traditional Reuben sandwich.
— We placed our order right after another table she was at. They got their food shortly after. They got done with their 3 pizzas, fries and everything they had while we were still waiting on ours.
—The waitress did NOT tell us about any delays in our order. She did not communicate with us about the status of our order. In fact when I first asked about 20 minutes after placing the order she stated the order was only place 17 minutes ago rudely
--- We did get to speak with a manager and her approach was very loud and rude when she first came over. I had to state to her about how loud she was. It felt like she was trying to humiliate us.
--- When we got the food, she handed us 2 other pizzas with the Reuben sandwich. We told her we didn't order the other 2 pizzas and at the bottom pizza was ours and the Reuben sandwich. She had to open up all 3 boxes to figure out which one was ours. There were people that ordered 20 minutes after us and there pizza was in that batch of the 3 pizzas that the woman had showed us.
--- So, I'm trying to figure out we spent our good money in this establishment only for us to feel like trash from your staff. We were treated with the upmost disrespect.. We were told we had to pay a 20% gratuity because we were with a group but all of our orders were separate and we were all at different tables and we were there for a basketball tournament. On top of all of that we didn't even get our food within the time of us sitting there so we had to get our food to go. So I'm pretty sure that us receiving water and disrespect is not worth 20% gratuity! The manager did take off the 20% for that but that is not for the amount of disrespect that we felt while we were there.
All of this and they just didn't give me my money back. Gave me 30% off and a $25 gift card really! But, the 30% was only really the 20% gratuity we had to pay for being with a group and 4.50% interest for ordering. Not to mention the food was cold and mother in law did not even eat her sandwich because it was cold and not right. The sandwich alone was $15 something. For me and my family to experience such disrespect it is very unsettling when we are spending money in your establishment! No one should experience what we did that day!
