点评:I have been a loyal customer of the resturant since it opened and was very happy with the food and staff. That's until recently when they messed up the order and blamed it on the app. When called to ask what's happening as I was waiting for 1 hour I was told that they did not receive the order although the money were taken. Gave another order and was assured that it will reach me in 20 min. 1 hour later the order was at the door, with the driver asking for full price, no apology whatsoever. I called the restaurant and asked if they think its ok to let a customer wait for 2 hours for the delivery and not even offer a discount. When asked to talk with a manager I was told that they dont know where he is or when will be back. I asked to be called by the manager and also asked the lady over the phone to inform the driver of the 25% discount that she eventually said she can offer. Hung up the phone and few minutes later I get a call on land line( as I called the resturant from it). When answered, I get "gretted" with : what do you want from me? . No introduction, no nothing. When asked who it was, I was informed is Innlay and he is calling to tell me to pay the bill. I told him that as a manager you should introduce urself first, and he told me in an extremely sarcastic tone " thank you for that. I will be a CEO knowing how to talk from now on". Hearing the rudeness and condescending tone of a so called manager of an establishment that couldn't take responsibility for their own mistake, I decided to refuse the food. Such a pity that sometimes people don't know how to treat a customer.
