点评：🌴We had an amazing Iftar buffet at Brasserie in 1 which is located on the 1st floor of Holiday Inn Hotel Bussinessbay.
The buffet costs only 125 AED per person and it has such a huge variety of buffet dishes.
The salad counter has 22 different types of salads. They have fresh cut fruits and bread options.
The main dishes are another story. You get 2 types of Ouzi; Lamb Ouzi and Chicken Ouzi which isn’t there in every hotel. The taste is super awesome.
They have samosas, fatayers, koftas and Shawarma rolls.
The main dishes which I really liked were Fish Harra, Chicken Tagine, Butter Chicken, Shish Taouk and Mac & Cheese.
There are 4 types of Ramadan juices plus tea / coffee.
The desserts are another story. There is every dessert you can wish for. Specially recommended are the Kunafa rolls, Umm Ali, Brownies, Carrot cake and Kunafa Nablusi.
They have a lot of indoor seating and live music with wonderful ambience.
I’ll highly recommend this Iftar buffet to everyone looking for a great Iftar experience with a huge variety of delicious food in affordable price.
