点评：I am a devoted fan of Shang Palace, and I absolutely love their cuisine and their amazing staff. However, I have never tried their brunch before and this was therefore a new and fabulous experience - which I totally recommend on your next weekend. The entire menu is at the chef's choice and there is no printed menu. So, you indicate your preferences say, seafood or chicken etc and the chef will create a virtually unlimited variety of dishes that just keep coming at you one after another. And as a bottomless brunch, any dishes you like they will serve again and again as much as you like. Starting with Double boiled chicken & mushroom soup, duck wantons, veg spring rolls with truffles, peking duck rolls, crazy chicken dumplings, cheung fun with beef, chicken siew mai, vegetable dumplings, prawn dumplings, red rice cheung fun with prawns and going into main courses with stir fired egg noodles, fried rice with egg and seafood, wok-fried beef in black bean sauce, chili salt and pepper fish, seasonal vegetable and for dessert a seasonal fruit platter, Nutella Bun, sweet mango and deep fired sesame balls. I am sure I forgot a few dishes too!. The selection was incredible.
On the drinks side, you can also select anything you like to pair with your food.
The team at Shang Palace as always, were gracious, warm and extremely hospitable end to end.
