Mismatched communication, a ruined dinner !

点评：I would like to share my bad experience. The Fratelli group and its place in the entertainment industry are indisputable. A very beautiful and high quality business. Unfortunately some of their staff ruined our day. Companies should be more careful when choosing employees. I went 4-5 times for dinner and 4-5 times for the beach. I made a reservation every time. Since the first time, I've run into a problem every time by the receptionist. I did not write before, but now I want to write. Because these behaviors are not befitting a business of this quality. And she treats their customers with an undeserved treatment. She ruined our whole night with her attitude on our last visit. A person who is far from helpful and not solution oriented. Although we talked on the phone many times and she said OK to us, She couldn't accommodate us in the part we talked and agreed. But it's not because of business. An employee who doesn't take her job as seriously as it should. It took us a long time to encounter such bad behavior when we went to the establishment, which is not a cheap place at all, for dinner as a family. She didn't even try to be helpful, she shook her head and simply said, "There is no other place." thats it ! All explanation is this. We already know that reservations are not that clear and precise. I have seen many times that she wipes and deletes the paper she has, but she just tried to make us accept what she said. Attitudes unbecoming of such a good business.
