点评：Every time I go on holiday to Bulgaria, this restaurant is a must. It has even become a bit like home: I’m always welcomed with warmth and familiarity, and I know I’m going to have an excellent time.
The menu is impressively rich, offering a wide variety of dishes so I can try something different at each visit, while always enjoying impeccable quality. The plates are generous, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious. The flavors are finely balanced, and you can feel the chef’s passion in every bite.
The staff is one of the restaurant’s greatest strengths: always smiling, attentive, and responsive, they make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Conversations are natural, and the service is consistently attentive without ever being intrusive.
