点评：Terrible restaurant in a city filled with amazing restaurants. Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced in years. We were completely ignored for over an hour—no one came to take our order while five other tables who arrived after us were served, ate, and left. Staff stood around chatting, laughing, and watching us as if we were invisible.
When I finally went to ask what was going on, the manager was shockingly rude, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in solving the problem. His solution? A coffee. As if that makes up for wasting over an hour of our time.
No apology. No explanation. Zero professionalism. Not a single person on staff spoke any English, which is completely unacceptable in the middle of Lviv’s main square on a Saturday afternoon with international tourists everywhere.
Frankly, this restaurant is an embarrassment both to the Celentano brand and to the city of Lviv. The manager should be replaced immediately. Staff have no understanding of customer service, no care, and no basic courtesy.
Save yourself the frustration—go anywhere else.
