点评：We took a day trip to Andover to go shopping yesterday and were planning on lunch in Boston after, but we were starving and it was two in the afternoon, so we decided to check out this pretty restaurant. The upscale atmosphere was exactly what we were in the mood for--it is gorgeous here, high ceilings, black and white decor and we sat inside but looking out over the street.
Service was great, we all ordered cocktails--a friend's margarita was served with black salt and was pretty to look at but also one of the best one's we've had. I had a white burgundy that was very good and we had a prosecco that was delicious. We were offered complimentary croissants with soft salted butter and they were heavenly.
We shared the tuna tartare appetizer with homemade potato chips and that was excellent and a generous portion--perfect for three or four to share.
We then shared the tower of seafood, that had shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, lump crab, lobster tail and lobster salad. We also shared a few salads that were so good, a warm mushroom salad --we got without the cheese--and a citrus salad also without the cheese....both were really outstanding. The other got the wedge salad and that had a rich creamy dressing with bacon lardons and she had also with grilled shrimp.
This was like a Boston restaurant and lovely to stumble into it in downtown Andover. We will definitely go back.
