点评：Must sound very weird, but it was the first time in my 21 years on Earth to enter a cookie store past 10pm-ish, and it left such a good impression. I'm not a big fan of sweet eats, but this place downright convinced my heart and mind. I ordered a deluxe salted caramel for $4.28. Price was definitely not cheap, so minus (-) 1 star ⭐️. Customer service was unexpectedly wonderful, given that nighttime staff elsewhere would typically feel reluctant to serve. They carefully asked if I wanted a paper plate or a double-open bag for takeout.
Recalling all my cookie-tasting memories, I think this is the best cookie I have ever had. They handed the cookie to me lukewarm. First bite was exactly like described in the title, very ooey-gooey. You could feel that batter hot out of the oven melting in your mouth. The texture was soft, wet, a little crispy, and sticky; nothing could compare to it!! When I first held it, it broke into medium-sized parts that fit my chewing capacity. Yummy, but one is enough for the night because it's cloyingly sweet at some point. ⚠️ Please handle it with care, or it will break into pieces‼️
Overall, very positive experience in my first attempt at ordering and tasting a cookie. Also feeling thankful because there was a suddenly long, long queue after my order!
P/s: Highly recommend for late-night sugar cravers!! Opening until 1AM.
