点评：We dined at Chart House Prime with 4 other members of our family on Thursday evening, January 30th. The restaurant is lovely and the view is beautiful. We were immediately seated at our reserved time and our server (young guy-unfortunately none of us recall his name) came to the table to introduce himself. A few minutes later he came back to take our drink orders. 45 minutes later, we still didn’t have drinks (not even waters), we had not ordered food and we could not find our server. When he finally reappeared, he had the drink order wrong and still failed to take our food order. My husband stopped him and said, “ Would you take our food order, we are getting hungry?” It was as if this guy had no idea what his job was. To make matters worse, several other servers kept walking past our table and looking at us but none of them bothered to stop and offer to help us. We definitely never saw a manager. Once our food arrived, the quality was good and everyone enjoyed their meals. This restaurant is quite pricey therefore, you would expect multiple people assigned to a table to ensure high quality service.
