点评:Wow! Our experience was so bad I don't even know where to start! First, we had to wait over a half hour despite having reservations. We saw lots of empty tables so maybe it was a staffing issue? Once seated, our server apologized for the wait and then disappeared and we had to again wait to get our orders placed and get drinks. Our server seemed distracted and we thought maybe he had too many tables so we were patient, despite our hunger. They must not have turned on the heat yet because we had to wear our jackets due to the cold temp inside the dining room. We noticed we weren't the only ones with their jackets on, so it wasn't just us being wimpy. Then we again waited for quite a while after ordering only to find out that one of our orders wasn't available so we suggested a different fish as a replacement but the cook said "no." OK, maybe they were short-stocked, so my husband picked something else he didn't really want and we waited AGAIN. Our food finally arrived and it turns out the prime rib one of us ordered was overcooked, and his soup and Yorkshire pudding were cold too. Once that was righted we were finally able to eat but the waiter never came back to see if we needed refills and we had to hail another waiter to find him. To top it all off, when we got the bill we saw that they had charged us for the first prime rib that they had overcooked and we had to send back! The waiter's explanation for the mistake was sketchy. If you eat here, be sure to scrutinize your bill carefully. It took three hours overall with maybe a half hour of trying to enjoy our meal. It was not a nice dining experience. By the end, we were just laughing at how awful it all was. I don't know what was going on that night but we will NOT be returning. I've received better service at fast food restaurants. I can NOT recommend this restaurant. It's a shame because it's a good-looking place on the water and their cream of crab soup is delicious.
