We ordered our usual:
Seafood pesto was mostly pasta. We had to stir the pasta around to look for the seafood.
Pick 2 fried platter had soggy, partially undercooked fish.
2 sides of fried okra that barely covered the bottom of the container at $4 each.
The fries were good, but there were so few. it appeared to be from a small child's plate. Smaller portions, but not smaller prices.
Finally, we weren’t informed of, yet charged a 5% to go fee. We picked our food up right inside the restaurant.
I contacted Boston’s privately to inquire about the above, yet was ignored. They left me no choice, but to bring it to the public’s attention. Check your food portions and receipt for bogus fees before leaving!!!
Shame on Boston’s as my family and I WERE regulars to this establishment. I wonder if the owner is aware of what is going on at his establishment?
