点评：This was the WORST bdubs we have ever been in. Right from the start-we waited forever for a server to come over (they were all busy huddled at a table by the kitchen eating). We finally get to order-we ordered drinks and an appetizer with the plan of main order to go. Mind you it is not busy while we are in here so once we finish our app, we place our to go order. 15 min later a large group comes in, sits down and I notice it’s a good 20 min gone by, they have not had anyone take their orders and our order still has not come out. No employees around…..another 5 min goes by and someone is just now taking this groups drink order…..finally a manager comes out but wait, he is coming out with his own food and drink….he is enjoying that while customers are not being waited on and orders not coming out. Awesome!! Way to lead Sir!!! I finally go and ask waitress about our order…she said the kitchen is backed up due to being so busy and a call out ….riiight…..Ok then this manager needs to get off his bootie, eat later and take care of the customers then he needs FIRED! A lot of these employees should follow. This was the worst service I have seen! Will not be going back to this one. It seriously needs help. In the end we got our order, did not tip and those customers still had no food or drinks……
