点评：How many people do you know drive 150+ miles round trip to dine @ one of your restaurants?? I live in Natchez, MS. and always bring a small group with me to dine @ TR in Alexandria once every month or two. Managers, like Mr Johnny (on duty Saturday afternoon/evening on 08/19/2023 are a rarity this day and time. He always reserves me my rare prime rib for our evening meal. He went way and beyond to ensure we were treated as if we were dining in a 5 star restaurant!! Our bartender (Kayleigh)(sp?) was phenomenal. Our waitress (Emma) was exceptional!! Warm, friendly/engaging, attentive, caring and yet, unobtrusive!!! The food @ this location is always consistent and the quality of our steaks is always top notch. . Love the wonderful yeast rolls, & chilled-delicious salads. We usually haven’t even driven out of the parking lot, and start discussing how soon we might be returning! Thank you Johnny, Emma, and Kayleigh for your exceptional hospitality and for making our drive so worthwhile!!! People like you have made us all Texas Roadhouse fans for life! God bless… S.
