点评：The management at this restaurant was arrogant and unfair. We returned a glass of wine we didn’t like, and the sommelier that spoke good English, offered a replacement, which we accepted. However, when the bill came, they charged us for the wine we didn’t drink. Out of the five dishes we ordered, only two were satisfactory: my spouse’s main course and my dessert.
I had the octopus carpaccio and California scallop, while my wife had the green salad and Denise fish filet. Both dish presentation and taste were disappointing—about 2 out of 5. The only thing worth noting was the coffee, which was excellent.
When I spoke to the sommelier about the wine charge, she only spoke Russian and refused to refund the glass we didn’t drink. When I asked for the manager, the staff claimed they didn’t speak English, but insisted I still had to pay for the wine. Eventually, they returned the wine glass and told me to drink it if I wanted, but would not issue a refund.
