点评：We were thoroughly impressed with the level of quality of the food. We went in for the for lunch. ordered two steaks which were cooked beautifully and our preferred cook executed to perfection.
The place has a cozy and homely interior. Whether you're sitting inside by the bar or out in the conservatory, the atmosphere is warm and vibrant.
The staff were warm and welcoming, happy to help and went above and beyond. As we were visiting the country for the first time they took the time to speak to us about places we need to visit and how to navigate in the area.
We had such a good experience we back the following day for breakfast, and the day after for brunch.
At breakfast the pancakes are a must try; topped with bananas and raspberries; its an explosion of flavors in your mouth.
Overall the menu is very homely and extremely good value for money. If you are ever in the beautiful city of Tirana, get yourself down to Ottos.
