Disappointed but but still recommend them

点评：I am disappointed to give this salon 3* I would have preferred to give them 4 or even 5 and I would still recommend them but the issue for me was that I didn’t get what I wanted. I asked for ballyage and a trim. Ella asked me if I wanted long bangs - to which I responded ok - but only if they are long as I have had hair loss and it’s took me 5-years growing out a fringe. I believe the issue was a translation one because I ended up with a fringe which I absolutely hate. I devastated because I use my hair at the front to cover up the hair loss and now I don’t have enough hair to style it how I want. Also, she cut my hair in a centre part. I have never worn it in a centre part, it’s always been worn to one side - I wasn’t asked about this. I left the salon and went straight to a shop to buy clips to hide the fringe :( Lastly, I wasn’t asked how I wanted it styled, I had to stop her during curling it to tell her I wanted it straight. It’s a shame because the colour is genuinely brilliant. I love what she did with the colour and the team there are absolutely lovely - including Ella. They make you feel so welcome. I want to say that when I told her I was unhappy she didn’t charge me for the cut and seemed genuinely upset about it but that doesn’t remove from the fact that I now have to wait years to grow this out. I have booked in with another salon to pay for extensions for the front of my hair. I will see how it washes and if I can disguise it more once I style it myself. I would genuinely go back and I do intend to, but for colour only. I won’t let them cut my hair and I will simply style it myself.
