点评：In the occasion of my wife's birthday, I invited my brother and his wife coming from Santa Barbara, California for lunch with us. The attention was fine, but the chef, a prima donna, refused to accommodate minor requests regarding the dishes we requested. My brother has a kidney problem and has to restrict his intake of salt and sugar, he ordered the bone marrow as a first dish and only asked to have the sauce on the side as it was a salty chimichurri. That was not accepted by the chef as the waiter said for esthetic reasons. That attitude was constant during the whole meal. The final insult was at the time the bill was presented; they charged us for the dish the chef refused to prepare as requested. All in all, a bad experience, the food was pedestrian, nothing special and the chef's attitude appalling. Lima has great places to eat so do not waste your time going to Alado
