点评:We were lucky to get a seat at the bar without a reservation. The bar seats were not super comfortable but the service, food and atmosphere were so good that we didn't care all that much. The drink service was interesting with unusual and well-crafted cocktails and a nice selection of wines. There were also interesting non-alcoholic drinks. We had two appetizers, one was a remarkable concoction with different types of corn that was incredibly complex and delicious, the other was scallops with sanki and jalapeno that were super fresh and perfect. We had pork belly, perfectly cooked and served with puffy arepas to stuff it into along with a couple of sauces and lightly pickled cabbage. and we had the fish of the day; a pacific white fish that was perfectly cooked and came with a delicious Peruvian black mint sauce. The chocolate rock and the, if I remeber correctly, Cherimoya cherimoya cherimoya - three varieties of dessert featuring the fruit, were both superb. I'm not sure how much good knowing what we ate will do you; the menu changes frequently. I am looking forward to going back.
