点评：I dined at this wonderful establishment when visiting the city for the day, having initially hoped to check out the floating river restaurant instead but realizing it closed at 6pm. Honestly, I probably enjoyed the food here more than I would’ve at the original place! Everything about my experience was just awesome.
The atmosphere is quaint, historic, and clean. Since it blends in with the architectural theme of Iquitos, don’t expect there to be good AC…I was burning up and sweating up a storm while I was there! It was super hot and humid. Even sitting indoors didn’t help. This didn’t matter in the long run though, because the excellent service and delicious fare distracted myself from the temperature.
Le Bateau Ivre is a cute, affordable, valuable option for a meal in Iquitos. I truly recommend that travelers take a visit and enjoy their offerings. Thank you for a perfect experience!
