点评：We where 4 people, ordering 4 menus for dinner. The first 2 menus we received within normal waiting time, the thurd came 10.minutes later,snd forvthe fourth i waited more than 90 mintutes. after everyone else received the food i complaint the first time. the waiter told us it will come in 10 minutes. after 15 minutes I asked again where my Wienerschnitzel is, he saied it will come in 5 minutes. after 80 minutes i asked for the manager, he told me that the food is coming soon....I did not accept to wait again. I asked that he should telm me whete the problem is, he replyed that my order was cancelled by mistake....during the discussion the waiter served the wienerschnitzel but without the mashed potatoes. 5 minmlater he served friench fries, what i dit not accept as I did not order with french fries, i ordered as in the menu card.Mistakes can happen but the customer is obliged to get a tru comunication. This is the minimum they can do.
