点评：a taste of paris in senopati, i think that describes pierre very well. especially loving the interiors here. from the tiled walls, the water fountain, to the iconic rattan cafe chairs, all are very parisian bistro vibe. but is the food as good as the place?
l’entrecôte au poivre 250g | idr 555k+ (⭐ 4,1/5)
very hard to spell out but its basically rib eye with peppercorn crust and brandy cream sauce. u dont go to pierre and skip out on this. steak was cooked to perfection, very tender and juicy, yet still have a bite to it. the peppercorn gives this dish an addition of texture and lord knows how i like my food to have textures. yummm !
cou d porc iberique | idr 445k+ (⭐ 4,3/5)
an underrated menu for sure. didnt see a lot of people ordering this but listen to me, U NEED TO ! pork collar was super juicy and melt in your mouth, paired really well with creamy forestière sauce (french mushroom sauce). waw wee wawww.. so yummm !
potato gratin | idr 75k+ (⭐ 4,3/5)
“yea okay it’s potato gratin, how good could it be?” i thought. but dangg… this was so good ! i mean, it’s layers of potatoes, with cream and cheese. ofcourse its gonna be good.. but this was very well made, how potato gratin should taste ! 🥔
crepes suzette | idr 165k+ (⭐ 3,5/5)
this was a dish that gets better the more u eat it.. out of all, this was the only one i would not reorder in the future. not because it’s not good, but because i wanna try their other dessert.. it wasn’t as mindblowing as the other dishes i guess..
as you would expect from union group, the service is just top notch.. one thing they need to consider is adding another valet officer. i went on a saturday afternoon and only one guy is on the valet. needless to say, he was very overwhelmed haha..
would i go back? certainly !
