点评：Calle Ocho is the latest restaurant from the Pirata Group to open in the city. This is a Spanish tapas place at the northern end of Cleveland Street in Causeway Bay. They have a nice, atmospheric interior seating area and are open from 12pm to 10pm daily with separate lunch, afternoon and dinner menus of classic and traditional Spanish dishes and smaller tapas dishes.
We stopped by recently for an afternoon seating that went very well. Enjoyed the tapas orders served including padron peppers, Iberican ham croquettes, monchego cheese, chorizo & salchichon cold cuts. Everything was pretty good, as were the sweet and well priced sangria and mocktails.
Overall, this was a good afternoon experience at Calle Ocho. Staff were super friendly, service timely and environs very relaxing. This is a good new offer by Pirata and great addition to the casual food and dining scene around Causeway Bay.
