点评：As a family of four, we planned a 5-day safari in Amboseli and Tsavo West National Park with Great Horizon. For a budget safari, this trip exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire safari tour was truly impressive!
When we initially discussed the details of our trip with Marcus, we made a deposit of approximately 25%. Marcus was always quick to respond to all our questions and was easily reachable by phone. The remaining balance was to be paid at the start of our safari.
Tip: It's important to plan ahead for how you will withdraw the full amount (credit card limits, max 40,000 KES per ATM withdrawal). This helps to avoid unnecessary stress.
During the entire safari, we were accompanied by Kevin (our driver and guide). We discussed the daily schedule and any spontaneous changes together, and Kevin took care of all organizational matters during the trip.
We traveled through both parks in a minibus, and Kevin navigated the challenging terrain with great skill and confidence.
While driving through the parks, Kevin shared professional insights about the wildlife and landscapes and answered all our questions. He spotted many animals that we would never have found on our own!
Our accommodations, Nyati Camp (Amboseli) and Ngulia Safari Lodge (Tsavo West), were perfect for our needs. Our rooms were comfortable, and the meals included a variety of delicious Kenyan dishes, which we truly enjoyed!
The staff at both accommodations were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
With its countless wildlife sightings and breathtaking landscapes, this safari was an unforgettable experience for us!
